109games.ru · Updated 22 September 2026

Yandex Metrica and Session Replay are disabled. The website supports its own aggregate counters for page opens and clicks, without visitor identifiers or individual browsing histories.

1. Operator and enquiries

The website operator is sole proprietor A. S. Yunkov, OGRNIP 317502400031149. For data-related questions, contact yunkov@109px.ru.

If you email us or contact us on Telegram, we receive the name, contact details and message you provide so that we can reply and discuss your project. Please do not send unnecessary or sensitive personal information. Enquiries are processed to respond to your request and, where relevant, take steps towards a contract at your request or on another applicable lawful basis.

This policy takes into account Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ on Personal Data. Reading this page does not in itself constitute consent.

2. Aggregate website counters

When enabled, the site's own counter stores only daily totals on the server: public page and demo opens, clicks on email and Telegram links, demo cards and section links. Each record contains the day in Moscow time, fixed page and action labels, the page language and a total count. The purpose is to understand interest in our work and changes in contact-link activity.

The counter does not store IP addresses, browser identifiers or fingerprints, device details, referral sources, full URLs with query parameters, exact times of individual actions or screen recordings. Its database contains no individual visitor records. Counter data is not sent to Yandex Metrica or other external analytics services.

To prevent page reloads from increasing the count, the browser keeps a localStorage record named 109games-stats-daily-v1. It contains the Moscow calendar date and fixed checkmarks for that day's page opens and actions. No random or persistent visitor identifier is created. The contents of this record are not sent to the server. The marks apply only to the recorded day and are replaced on the next tracked action on a different day; no multi-day history is kept. You can remove the record by clearing this website's browser data. Analytics does not use cookies or sessionStorage.

The same page open or action in the same section is counted at most once per Moscow calendar day in the same browser, with shared marks for RU and EN. Different pages, demos and sections are counted separately. These are approximately deduplicated events, not unique people: a different browser, website address (with or without www) or cleared storage can lead to another count. Older browsers may count concurrent tabs more than once. If local storage is unavailable, events are not sent. A contact click does not mean that a message was sent.

Aggregate totals are retained for up to 365 days; older rows are removed the next time the system runs. If the system is disabled, deletion is handled separately. Reports require server-side authentication.

3. Essential settings and hosting

The website separately keeps your theme and private-area access state in browser sessionStorage. Private-area access also expires after eight hours. These settings are not visitor identifiers for analytics. Website fonts are served locally.

Only the private administration area uses a narrowly scoped authentication cookie. It is not used to measure public-page visitors. The administrator session expires after 30 minutes of inactivity or at most eight hours after login.

Opening any website necessarily provides its hosting infrastructure with a network address and HTTP request information. Disabling third-party analytics does not eliminate that technical processing. Server logs and their retention depend on hosting settings and are assessed separately from the aggregate counter database.

4. External services and previously collected data

Yandex Metrica is disabled, including for visitors who previously accepted it. Loading an updated page removes old Metrica browser records that the site can access. This does not automatically delete information sent to Yandex before the counter was disabled. Contact the Operator regarding previously collected data.

Telegram, email and other external links lead to services governed by their own terms. The Operator does not sell visitor data or use enquiries for advertising mailings without an appropriate lawful basis.

5. Retention, protection and your rights

Enquiries are kept while being handled and during related interactions. Records relating to concluded contracts may be retained for legally required periods. Personal data processing and retention are limited to the stated purposes and applicable lawful grounds.

You may request information about processing, correction, restriction or deletion where legally applicable, withdraw previously given consent, and complain to Roskomnadzor or a court. Email yunkov@109px.ru with your request. The Operator may seek reasonably necessary verification to avoid disclosing information to another person. Requests are answered within applicable statutory time limits.

The Operator must take legal, organisational and technical safeguards proportionate to the processing. The current policy is published on this page. If processing changes, notices and any required consent mechanisms must be updated before the change takes effect.
